These presentations are intended to provide information about MSC in general terms, and they are customized for your group or organization and your unique objectives. Presentation durations can vary from 1 hour to 4 hours. They can be done as a stand-alone topic or in combination with other similar topics. The presentations can be done one-time, or in a series of events. This type of information is helpful for those who are interested in MSC, but want more information to understand the approach and benefits in more detail.
Emotional Resiliency Training
Emotional resiliency is one of the benefits of the formal and complete MSC Workshop. However in this case, the MSC information can be provided in 18 weekly segments at 1.5 hours per week. In addition, the emotional Resiliency training can be customized and shortened into 4 hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, 12-hour or 16-hour formats.
Compassionate Program Development for Organizations
All organizations have programs that are necessary for them to fulfill their mission. Sometimes these programs develop on their own in an organic way, or they were developed in terms of business structure and purpose only. Sometimes these programs aren’t developed to understand the more subtle needs of staff and/or clients. But addressing these needs could lead to more efficient and successful programs overall. One common example of this is staff burnout over time, where the demands of the job (time, focused attention, stress) cannot be successfully met by staff in a long-term sustainable way. A compassionate program is one that recognizes these factors and provides successful and sustainable burnout mitigation tools and techniques. The staff well being leads to organization well being, which leads to client well being. The compassionate program development process will be customized for your organization and objectives.
