Stress, anxiety, and harmful coping are at all-time highs. Everyone could benefit from learning some advanced skills from the emotional resiliency toolbox, which includes scientifically proven methods of coping masterfully and being at ease. This is an informal and laid-back approach to understanding some human biology, psychology, and simple tools to skillfully manage yourself. When was the last time you asked, “what do I need right now?” Did you feel comfortable asking this or even giving yourself what you need? You might benefit by spending a few hours to explore this in a safe setting. You will NEVER be asked to disclose any details about your personal life. A Recent Participant Said:
“As a practicing psychotherapist my efforts in the world have been toward presence for others. Skip Hudson’s presentation of mindful self-compassion put the focus on me. For the first time in a long time and coinciding with the death of my beloved partner of 18 years, I was finally able to meet my inner needs. I can’t recommend this program with Skip highly enough. It has made a significant shift in my perception. This is a turning point for me. I have more hope and resilience than before. I am able to be calmly present to my own process at this difficult time. There’s something unique about you Skip that influences the presentation of this material making it personal and accessible.”
