WHAT HAPPENED? A summer that began with a real hope that the worst of the COVID-19 had passed is ending with a new and bitter realization that the coronavirus will remain a fact of American life for the foreseeable future. The resurgence has left the country exhausted, nervous, and less certain than ever about when normality might return. We could see the light at the end of the tunnel, and then it was snatched away again. It’s as if we finished a battle and then we were thrust back in before fully recovering. Realizing that we can’t manage COVID, the question now is how we manage ourselves in the face of it and reduce the negativity in our daily lives. Everyone would benefit from learning advanced skills from the emotional resiliency toolbox, which includes scientifically proven methods of coping masterfully and being at ease. This is an informal and laid-back classroom approach to understanding human biology, psychology, and learning simple tools to effectively manage yourself. Consider spending a few hours exploring this in a safe setting. This is educational and you will NEVER be asked to disclose any details about your personal life.

This masterclass will be taught by Skip Hudson, a trained teacher of mindfulness and self-compassion. He has presented this masterclass successfully in private and corporate settings, including the webinar format. Skip has been conducting successful group training in Life Skills for 17 years.
